-born leader with a proactive way of management who is not afraid to show what he/she is capable of
-experience with running production (process implementation, improvement, audits)
-3+years experience as a production manager in automotive
-experience with assembly
-active English
What you will be doing:
-Managing and organizing the production process and established plans.
-Monitoring of KPIs, tooling and maintenance departments
-management up to 100pax
-direct management of about 4- 5 team leaders
-reporting to plant manager
