My client is looking for an experienced R&D leader who can join their expanding team of product designers.
Who I am looking for:
*3+ years experience in automotive as team leader or supervisor of R&D or a project team
* CATIA knowledge and experience
* Knowledge of product design and development
* extrovert, born leader
*Technical background
*Active English is a must, German is desirable
What you will be doing:
*manage a team of 7 people but could grow up to 15 as new projects arise
*reporting to Manager of designers
* leading and monitoring projects from the initial concept to production
What you will get:
salary: between 2000-3000eur (no car) but you will get benefits
