Oracle administrator

We offer a great opportunity to join our team of Infrastructure professionals. Our focus is to provide top-notch solutions for core infrastructure, operatig systems, databases, webservers and applications from both Linux and Windows world. We cover entire IT lifecycle, from design up to daily operations. We have strategic role within NN, providing innovative and reliable On-Premise or cloud based solutions for SK business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Oracle database administration
• DB design and deployments for DTAP environments
• DB changes (security settings, parameters, patching)
• DB level security/policy checking
• Performance monitoring and tuning
• Defining and executing test scenarios
• Environment refreshes
• Creating, running PL-SQL (optionally T-SQL) scripts
• Plan and execute RMAN backups and restores
• Solve daily operation/production issues
• Create and maintain scripts for db administration and automation
• Writing technical and operational documentation
• Supporting solution analysis and design phase
• Combined Waterfall and agile way of work

Requirements:

• 2+ hands on Oracle DB experience
• Knowledge of relational DB design
• Scripting (shell, python ..)
• Experience in IT production operations tasks and duties
• Solution design and deployment experience
• Team player
• Clear and structured communication style
• Willing to learn and self improve
• Self driver

Nice to have:

• High availability / DR DB desing and scenarios
• Other DB engine knowlede (MS SQL, DB2, Postgress, etc..)
• Intermediate Linux knowledge (Oracle Linux, CentOS ) - advantage in selection process
• Intermediate Webservers knowledge (Tomcat, IIS ...)
• Aplication administration
• Vmware / veeam knowledge
