Customer Service Representative - Senior

As a part of our Customer Service team you will be voice of customer in our company, you will be in charge of alignment of customer request and options of our company. It is important to know effectively communicate with customer and provide him our solutions, also you need to be assertive in communication with production regarding to fulfill customer expectations.

Your main responsibilieties
- communication with customers by phone, e-mails
- update of customer forecasts – follow up on regular input from customer
- order handling (receiving, entering, confirming)
- EDI handling
- claim handling (acc. to internal instructions )
- following up on delivery performance
- creating invoices on goods – invoicing of freight
- assist on accounting matters – invoice and credit note issues
- daily communication with other departments: logistic, finance, purchase
