Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a member of our shipping team, you will experience dynamic environment and interesting work. Your main duty will be to arrange transport of materials from suppliers and final products to our customers. You will be in daily communication with several shippers and you will look for optimal solution regarding to price and time. Your responsibility will be to align customer request and our production. For this position we are looking for dynamic person, which is able to work on various request at same time and ensure optimal solution for company.
We are looking for colleague that will fit to our team, enjoy work in logistic and have fluent knowledge of English language, another language is advantage.

Main Resposibilities:
- Book shipments for customers and internal shipments within our company.
- Record shipment information for later access and follow up.
- Cooperate with our mother company in developing statistics regarding shipments.
- Follow up invoices connected to shipments.
- Coordinate with planning, production and customer service at all times and share ongoing issues which may affect customer.
- Make sure that special documents and requirements with goods (certificates, customs clearance etc) are prepared when the goods leave.

- Able to handle several customer issues at the same time.
- Ability to communicate directly with the customer as well as with colleagues in order to solve matters.
- English language - fluently
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping
