Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Draft, negotiate and review international and domestic agreements (especially development, exclusivity and supply agreements) with customers, partners, contractors and suppliers
• Provide solution-oriented advice on a variety of legal issues
• Ensure with strong contracts that our portfolio is strengthened and not undermined by our customers and suppliers
• Collaborate closely with the company businesses’ leadership in identifying and evaluating legal risks & implement mitigation strategies
• Deliver training on legal and contract matters for Marketing & Sales, R&D, Production and other personnel
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant industries to contribute to the commercial objectives of the company

• Master of Laws from an accredited University
• 5+ years’ professional experience as an in-house counsel, preferably in an industrial / manufacturing environment
• Demonstrable experience in drafting and negotiation of complex contracts and experience with Intellectual Property
• Experience with M&As and due diligence processes
• Hands-on & solution-oriented
• Very good knowledge of English and Slovak
• Open for travelling first 2-3 months to headquarter in Switzerland to get to know processes
• 5+ years’ professional experience as an in-house counsel, preferably in an industrial / manufacturing environment
