Senior System & Network Engineer

Job brief

To increase our Bratislavian team, we are looking for a talented and passionate System Engineer.

Within our Support & Operation team, you will have to support and maintain our customers IT infrastructure. As a part of an international team, you will also be involved in international project delivery.

Depending on your integration into the team and your capability to take charge of your scope of responsibility, you should lead some projects.

In this position, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide L2 and L3 support (in English, French is an asset)
• Participate in International projects (infrastructure deployment, audit/assessment, upgrade/refresh/migration)
• Participate/Ensure IT infrastructure maintenance operations
• Maintain technical documentation

Hard Skills

• Citrix
• VMware vSphere or another Hypervisor
• Windows Server administration & Management
• Azure AD & Infrastructure administration
• Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Exchange and Teams)
• Knowledge in the principal Windows services as AD, DNS, DCHP, FS, Print Server (O365 environment an advantage)
• Good Knowledge of Network technologies LAN, WAN, WLAN and SD-WAN
• Good Knowledge of Firewalling technologies
• Knowledge of storage technologies
