System Engineer

Job brief
To increase our Bratislavian team, we are looking for a talented and passionate System Engineer.
Within our Support & Operation team, you will have to support and maintain our customers IT infrastructure. As a part of an international team, you will also be involved in international project delivery.
Depending of your integration into the team and your capability to take charge of your scope of responsibility, you should lead some projects.
In this position, you should have excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities
. Provide L2 and L3 support ( in English / French is an asset)
- Participate in International projects (infrastructure deployment, audit/assessment, upgrade/refresh/migration)
-Participate/Ensure IT infrastructure maintenance operations
- Maintain technical documentation

Hard Skills
-Citrix Netscaler Gateway, Citrix Management Console, Citrix Store Front Administration and XenApp
- VMware vSphere
- Windows Server administration & Management
- Knowledge in the principal windows services as AD, DNS, DCHP, FS, Print Server (O365 environment an advantage)
- An asset : Knowledge of storage technologies and network

First interview will occur via conf call. If your profile is kept, you will have to travel to Geneva for the last interview.
You must also agree to travel to Switzerland several times a year.
This position also requries to be part of our on call duty shift ; this will occur one week per month maximum and is fully compensated.
