Job Description
To take responsibility for the financial administration and compliance functions of NextLevel’s finances. To liaise with external partners and ensure Next Level is compliant with all external obligations such as Slovak Labor and Tax laws. This position will handle their responsibilities across multiple event projects at once with high levels of efficiency and attention to detail.

Job Functions
First Level Finance (80%)
- Communicating daily & liaising with external accountants to implement their recommendations & to ensure tax and labor law compliance
- Processing payments by credit card & preparing invoices for external clients
- Preparing internal reports for management (weekly revenue reports, cash reports, event finance reports
- Preparing additional strategic finance reporting and summaries to enable management to have a clear understanding of the extent of profitability and from here advising management where relevant
- Preparing commissions and salary information for external accountants
- Payment of Invoices & Wages
- Working with financial software.
- Registering of New Employees through official channels (Health Insurance, Social Insurance)
- Managing internal Petty Cash
Office Management & HR(20%)
- Overseeing Contracts & Time sheets of employees
- Assisting in gaining necessary permissions for foreign and local employees
- Ordering of office supplies & stationery

Reporting Lines
- This position reports directly to the General Manager, however this position will liaise with internal departments.

- Slovak Language (Mother Tongue), English (Advanced - with Financial Terminology)
- Previous financial / accounting experience or qualifications are advantageous.

- This position will receive an attractive monthly salary with 12.5 Wages/year (.5 Xmas Bonus)

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Business correspondence - basic
Invoicing - basic
Payroll accounting - basic
Microsoft Outlook - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate
