Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Project Manager, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team which drives the delivery of application-focused initiatives across the full Software Development Life Cycle — from early concept to deployment and continuous improvement, you’ll help shape solutions that make a real impact on our payment ecosystem.

You will guide projects that help our platforms grow and evolve with confidence. Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead application-related projects across the SDLC, ensuring smooth delivery from planning through release
• Managing several initiatives at once while adapting your approach based on project scope
• Collaborating closely with engineering, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders
• Creating clear project structures, timelines, and governance frameworks
• Identifying risks early and proposing practical, realistic mitigation strategies
• Communicating progress in a transparent, structured, and supportive way
• Strengthening delivery practices and contributing to continuous improvement

• Confident communication skills with both technical and non‑technical teams
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership
Bonus Skills:
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)
• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models
• Exposure to large-scale transformation or migration projects
• Experience working across international or cross‑functional teams
