Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job Description

Responsible for confidentiality of client information and compliance with department standards and procedures by ensuring positive event by coordination and direction in development, planning, analysis, training, testing and maintenance. Works with moderately complex projects and tasks. Works with minimal direction supporting Senior Management. Supporting both internal and external clients business continuity, disaster recovery and security compliance measures. Performs additional job duties as required.

Specific Activities

Candidate will be performing key administration tasks to support client business projects and on-going delivery
of keys for cards, ATMs, POSes and other areas where payment keys are needed.
The candidate will support the business in documenting processes, define requirements for HSM infrastructure architecture implied from key management perspective, and support the team and the clients within projects requiring management of cryptographic keys for First Data.
Candidate will be responsible for conduct of key administration daily routine operations, managing risks associated with cryptographic key management processes, application and data protection, and support definition and conduct of good practice for governance and management in all the above described areas.
Candidates will be responsible for supporting audit and compliance reviews conducted by internal and external auditors.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Candidate Requirements

All candidates must possess sound understanding of information security, information risk management. Small project management coordination experience is preferred.
Hands on technical experience with HSMs, application protection technologies, and understanding of payment systems are an advantage.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Visio is required, experience with documenting processes is an advantage.
Succesfull candidate must have effective oral and written communication skills in English is required. Capability of good communication skills for dealing with internal and external clients, various
payment industry organizations and auditors is required.

Candidates must be detail oriented, extremely well organized, and have the ability and desire to accept the challenges of performing detailed technical information security work on a full time basis. Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is highly deadline driven in order to meet aggressive business processing requirements. Candidates must be flexible to occasionally work out of office hours and weekends, if needed to complete work that is tied to meeting significant business objectives. This is a growth position -- candidates must be fast learners and will have the opportunity to develop their information security skills, project management and process documenting. Limited travel across First Data Corporation EMEA locations is required.
