We are a growing Slovakian software company developing our own network automation and management software suite (https://unimus.net). We have over 3000 deployments of our software stack world-wide, running everywhere from small local networks to regional ISPs, data-centers and national-scale telcos/carriers. We`re looking for a new addition to our team - an account manager who`ll be taking care of our growing client-base. There is NO cold-calling or mandatory sales quotas here, as we use different sales & marketing practices. You can utilize your creativity and design to execute marketing campaigns, create organic & community-based lead funnels as well as handle incoming sales requests from leads that see a value in our products.
Job description / responsibilities:
Sales:
- Process incoming sales request from start to finish (quote>PO>proforma>payment>invoicing)
- Account management
- Account retention (manage failed payments, re-monetize customers)
- Assist customers (new and existing) with any sales questions and issues
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
- Work with Sales Manager on creating customized sales plans & strategies for key clients
- Work with the Billing department to make sure all documents are in order
Marketing & Partner management:
- Collaboration on Online Marketing campaigns
- Collaboration on new Partner opportunity campaigns
Job requirements:
- Experience with Account Management or relevant sales/marketing role
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Fluency in English language (verbal & written)
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
Nice-to-know:
- Experience with CRM software/tools
- Experience with LinkedIn advanced project tools (Sales Navigator & Recruiter)
- Deep understanding of Business English
- Other language skills (French or German) would be a great addition
