Scrum Master & Project Manager

We are a growing Slovakian software company developing our own network automation and management software suite (https://unimus.net). We have over 2300 deployments of our software stack world-wide, running everywhere from small local networks to regional ISPs, data-centers and national-scale telcos/carriers. We are currently working on expanding our platform, and are building multiple new software products scheduled for release next year.

Your main role as a Scrum Master & Project manager will be to make sure that development of our software stack is moving forward in a timely, organized, and Agile fashion. You should have great communication skills, a passion for finding and eliminating bottlenecks and enjoy coaching your co-workers in the ways of Agile.

You will be responsible for maintaining our Agile development processes, leading our daily and weekly ceremonies, as well as planning, tracking and reporting on long-term progress across our teams and their Roadmaps together with the Product Owners.

We expect you to:
- plan and maintain product Roadmaps together with the Product Owners
- help the team meet milestones and deliver features and goals on time
- guide the team in maintaining the Agile process
- educate and coach the team in the ways of Agile
- analyze and improve the development process using reflection, retrospective, etc.
- coordinate and improve cooperation and collaboration in the team and between teams
- report progress to the stake-holder and suggest improvements

Requirements:
- experience as a Scrum Master for a software team for at least 3 years
- experience as an IT Project Manager for at least 3 years
- proved experience implementing and scaling Scrum
- passion for implementing, maintaining and improving the Agile process in software development
- great communication and conflict resolution skills
- experience with development tracking tools (Jira, YouTrack or others)
- experience tracking software development progress (metrics, analytics, reports, etc.)
- ability to track down and eliminate bottlenecks that slow down progress
- Scrum Master certifications
