○ About our project ○

Our project CassaCloud is an official silver consultancy partner of Salesforce, with certified specialists for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ, Platform Development, FSL, and Pardot.

Salesforce is a cloud-based business platform with focus predominantly, but not solely on Customer Relationship Management. It provides a 360-degree view on the client whether it is from the marketing, sales, commerce or service perspective. However, as a platform, it can do even more. AI, IOT and chatbots are ready to be implemented into any business process to provide comprehensive support for the digital life of every business.

○ Roles and Responsibilities ○
The candidate will be responsible for creating & delivering in a timely and accurate fashion, solutions using Salesforce. The candidate will be responsible for the application design of Salesforce related projects. The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment.

Through the use of UML diagrams, design documentation and best-practice methodologies, you will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support.
Salesforce Solution Architect Role Description
The Solution Architect is responsible for the overall design of the functional Salesforce solution and for recommending best practice solution designs based on client business needs. A Solution Architect will map business requirements to system/technical requirements, understanding the technical depth of the project and providing functional and technical direction to his/her project team.
The Solution Architect is a client-facing role at Ness, where strong professionalism, interpersonal skills, and deep functional knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform are paramount to the successful delivery of each project.
In addition to solution design and project/program management, a Solution Architect is also engaged in practice development initiatives and will be called on to provide thought leadership in at least one industry vertical or Salesforce.com knowledge area as a part of their job function.

○ Required Skills and Experience in ○

• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in designing and implementing large scale distributed applications (i.e. several thousand man-days), preferably from consulting background with experience in establishing new practice
• Proven successful track record to design application(s) with extensive knowledge in SFDC or CRM solutions with integrations to related systems
• Solid experience working with clients across cloud transformation projects with focus on at least 2 of the Salesforce.com major platforms (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Experience Cloud / Commerce Cloud)
• Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform
• Proven experience with Data related work on Salesforce platform
• Experience in holistic SFDC solutions with a customer 360-degree view, and personalized service & marketing would be advantageous
• Systems design experience, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods
• Broad system design and architecture skills with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and infrastructure
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to speak and present in front of senior executives
• Direct, hands-on experience with automated software management tools
• Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Strong knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing, and security
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
• Full life-cycle development in an enterprise development environment
• 8+ years of external consulting experience
• 5+ years of CRM consulting with hands-on experience with one Salesforce.com
• 5+ years experience identifying and documenting business process requirements, developing process flow analysis, data modeling, functional design experience
• A strong technical and business acumen
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Ability to challenge, innovate, lead and drive projects to close
• Ability to lead both small and enterprise engagements, facilitate meetings mentor teams of junior team members and effectively manage client escalations
• Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Internally driven, able to pivot and adapt quickly and is interested in contributing to process improvement and team-member development
• Able to quickly adapt to change and approach problems with a flexible mind-set
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence
• 5+ years experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development desired
• Providing enablement and development direction to offshore and onshore development/configuration resources
• Managing the integration of Salesforce.com integrations with other systems using middleware technologies
• Openness to travel and work at client sites as necessary
• Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience
• Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
• Strong experience with configuration, customization, and ideally (but not necessarily) also programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch
• Practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls
• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
• Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow
