Job description, responsibilities and duties
Ness KE is looking for Technical Writer who will manage a suite of documents aimed at various audiences (end users, administrators, integrators, implementers, and support staff) for our international project.
• Job responsibilities •
- Develop content for new features
- Write complex concepts, clearly and concisely, using topic-based writing principles
- Maintain an existing suite of guides (user guides, installation guides, configuration guides, release notes, APIs)
- Continuously improve the quality of the existing documentation
- Work with multiple scrum teams in an Agile environment
- Plan the documentation requirements for a line of business (with support, if needed)
- Integrate with the documentation group, while working independently with various R&D stakeholders
- Work on several projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines
