Job description, responsibilities and duties

Ness KDC is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic recruiter who is interested to help Ness KDC to grow. Contract is temporary during maternity leave absence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and IT passionate person who will be a valuable asset to our recruitment team in Košice.

Responsibilities :

• Finding, attracting and recruiting suitable candidates for open positions through social, professional and personal network and connections
• Pro-active targeting of relevant candidates
- Explaining them the Ness KDC`s business in brief
- Convincing them to become open minded for a career change
- Recommending Ness KDC as their future employer
• Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment process including: prescreening interviews, technical testing, organizing and conducting face to face interviews and background check
• Preparing candidate’s Assessment forms, Job offers and negotiating candidate`s expectations
• Briefing the candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
• Coaching and leading candidates throughout the hiring process
• Responsible for creation of job descriptions and specifications for job openings
• Responsible for preparation of personal documentation
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
• Working closely with the team and hiring managers to build relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Active cooperation with Personal agencies & Job Fair Attendance
• Reporting and database upkeep
