Ness KDC is looking for a new member of our team! For our attractive project we are now looking for Java Tech leader interested to work in Digital Sports and Entertainment Software area!
Job responsibilities
⋆Takes over responsibility of project delivery
⋆Willing to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
⋆Closely works with customer stakeholders
⋆Involved in planning, project data analysis, analysis, design (inputs) and coding
⋆Oversees wide range of fields connected to systems / solution development, architecture, infrastructure and product delivery.
⋆Applies programming tools, procedures, functions and routines towards delivering the assigned task or activity.
⋆Takes over people development management, defines trainings, hard-skills capabilities and planned development for the team.
⋆Actively seeks for new trends and is the first liner in persuading of changes and innovation in the team.
⋆Expected to be an expert in the technology area, the point of escalation and is contact for the customer
