Products from Solar Turbines play an important role in the development of oil, natural gas and power generation projects around the world. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Test Manager who possess excellent testing domain knowledge as well as communication and interpersonal skills. You will be part of the international team working in an agile environment responsible for leading, coordinating and supporting testing activities in multiple teams, clarifying requirements with customer, cooperation with international development teams and architects, setting various test objectives including testing reports and visualization of different testing metrics. Applications can vary from customer oriented analytic tools or contract management to the lowest level turbine data computations and data processing.

Your responsibilities:
• Leading and coordinating work in the team
• Defining quality metrics
• Defining testing strategies for manual and automation testing
• Managing risks, creating backup plans for all the testing strategies
• Process improvements, motivate team to improve the efficiency, challenge the team continuously to move towards automation for all daily works
• Collaboration with different project stakeholders (internal and external)
• Adhering to prescribed procedures, SW development process, technologies and test strategy
• Reviewing of the requirement and design specifications
• Test Plan preparation needed for testing delivery in a number of functional and non-functional areas with clear scope, objectives, deliverables and risks
• Monitoring and controlling of testing activities and tasks
• Tracking and reporting of quantitative and qualitative testing results/metrics in an auditable form
• Ensuring testing is carried out in a timely, repeatable and effective manner
• Participating in problem solving in various areas
