Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
• Managing a team of 4 engineers assigned to separate squads/scrums.
• Plan, design, and execute cross-platform testing while validating performance and automation aspects for large-scale distributed system.
• Demonstrate expertise level understanding end-to-end application architecture, performance instrumentation, performance tuning, including desktop/browser, network, java application server, database and interfaces/integrations.
• Working with product designers and developers at all stages to promote quality.
• Thorough understanding of the operating procedure of the tested products.
• Educate peers and partners to achieve better understanding of performance analysis.
• Create visibility to all teams by producing execution and status reports.

• Experience with distributed source control tools (e.g. Git).
