Software Quality Assurance / Tester (Ref. No.: 006)

- As a QA / Tester you will work on the NeoHealth patient platform, reporting to our Software Architect.
- You will closely collaborate with three other Software Developers and our Product Manager
- You will be responsible for developing and executing exploratory and automated tests, maintain and operate our QA framework in order to ensure product quality
- You will have a key role in planning and conducting tests, to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective.
- You will be involved in creating customer-facing applications with the latest technologies and design

Core tasks

- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Understand, apply and develop our own QA framework
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases aligned with our quality assurance framework
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts
- Identify, record, document bugs thoroughly
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
