We’re looking for an experienced tech person with clear leadership potential and ambition to build a digital product with us almost from scratch.

About the role and the tasks
As a Software Architect you will
- Work on the NeoHealth patient platform, reporting to our General Manager.
- Be the technology lead for the patient platform: You will make strategic decisions on coding standards, technology stacks, and platforms that we use etc.
- Work with the General Manager to assess development resources needed
- Oversee the development vendor’s work that has just started to work on the code for the MVP
- Reassess the preliminary development roadmap leading to the MVP that is currently in place, but can be changed if needed
- Build and lead an internal development team that will take over the code from the development vendor, ensuring the successful MVP release and further iterations post release
- Have an opportunity to work on and develop skills in not just coding, but in every aspect of building a digital product from scratch
- Help with stakeholder management (board, investors, etc)

- Entrepreneurial mindset - You’re comfortable with uncertainty, don’t like pre-defined roles, don’t need to be micromanaged to deliver, and are ready to tell us what to build and how to go about it
- People management experience - If you managed a team, that’s a plus
- Stakeholder management experience - If you’ve managed vendors, investor relations, or dealt with executives, that’s a plus too
- Solid communication skills - You believe in receiving and giving constructive feedback and can explain yourself well. You are comfortable collaborating with others to resolve difficult problems.
