Responsible for quality of suppliers in Eastern Europe regions and Turkey ( Machine engineering )
Project execution respecting quality and support by lead time Tracking supplier performance
Quality inspection at suppliers
Improving supplier processes and quality assurance
Claim management
Support in the development of global sourcing strategies
Support the selection of suppliers in compliance with the HEICO sourcing process
