One of the key features that Fundbase provides is something we call Connection Request. Investors who are interested in connecting with specific Hedge Funds (thousands to be found on Fundbase!), have a unique opportunity to request such connection with just one simple click.

* We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented person with sales drive and focus on details.
* You will be in touch with investors on one hand and fund managers on the other and help them get all information they need and walk them through the options Fundbase offers and facilitate their liaisons.
* Besides the direct communication with clients, you will be heavily coordinating internal communication throughout our sales and funds onboarding teams to make sure all deals are handled properly.
* You will be in charge of tracking and documentation of all Connection Requests and manage their whole lifecycle in Fundbase.
* You will assist users (investors & fund managers) to identify and solve complex problems linked to Connection Requests.
