We would like to strengthen our team and we are looking for new colleague who will be responsible for providing quality customer support via e-mail, chat and phone, dealing with claims, providing help to customers, providing information and consultations regarding products and services, first diagnostics of problems and help with their solving, for maintaining up-to-date and accurate information in internal systems.
