Description
Upon joining successful candidates will take part in a carefully scheduled training programme which is designed to give you a strong technical understanding of the products and solutions that NCH Europe offers and will also provide you with the competence and confidence to sell following NCH’s unique sales process. This will only be the start of your learning journey! The journey will continue over a 36 month period which will focus on accelerating your development, as part of a pan-European group of high potentials, to enable you to fast track into management. We will build your sales, commercial, business and people management skills, this is all to prepare you for a move into a Regional Sales Management position at the end of the programme. If you excel, a faster path into regional and more senior management is possible with NCH Europe!

looking for a young enthusiastic professional, who will have a degree in a business or science related area and should be able to demonstrate a successful and consistent sales track record of over achievement. You must have proven networking skills, demonstrating a clear ability to build new contacts and create long lasting customer relationships; you will be self-motivated with a positive outlook, and will be able to demonstrate initiative, drive and resilience in a contract and transactional based sales environment. You must have a full driving licence and ability to travel within Europe to fulfil the demands of this fantastic development opportunity.

Fluent English is essential ad the development programme is European wide.
