SAP Basis Delivery Lead with SAP HCM/HXM

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Delivery Lead to take ownership of the technical delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of complex SAP environments, including SAP HCM/HXM landscapes.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Basis delivery across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP HCM landscapes.
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Provide expert L3 support across Incident, Problem, Change, Operations, and Service Level Management.
• Support business-critical SAP HCM environments, including payroll operations and go-live activities.
• Plan and execute SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, system refreshes, kernel upgrades, and patching activities.
• Manage system copies, client copies, database refreshes, backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
• Lead SAP HCM migration initiatives, including ECC to HANA migrations and S/4HANA HCM transformation scenarios.
• Coordinate technical delivery, mentor Basis team members, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Drive operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

• Strong experience in SAP Basis administration within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP NetWeaver administration, installations, upgrades, patching (SUM/SPAM), and transport management.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.
• Solid knowledge of SAP system lifecycle management, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
• Experience with SAP migrations, upgrades, and database administration.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows environments and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with shell scripting and operational automation.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with SAP Focused Run (FRUN) is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Strong experience supporting SAP HCM/HXM environments.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, PY, TM, and ESS/MSS.
• Experience supporting payroll-critical environments with high availability requirements.
• Understanding of HCM landscape management, HR data privacy, legal change deployments, and payroll cycles.
• Experience with HANA, Oracle, or MaxDB administration.
