Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an international team and lead complex, large-scale projects in a dynamic customer environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, confidently manages stakeholder relationships, and enjoys driving successful project delivery.
Working Hours: US Business Hours (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Important: the role is potentially short-term, current program is near its end. The cooperation will for sure last till the end of the year – but there are great expectations to continue the cooperation on another program
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale projects and programs from initiation to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, leading regular meetings and providing clear project updates.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders while effectively handling challenging situations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous project progress.
- Adapt quickly to new environments and learn project specifics efficiently.
- Work independently while maintaining strong communication across all project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects or programs.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and learning on the go.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage but not required.
