IT Analyst - Expense Reporting

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Analyst to support and enhance an enterprise Expense Reporting platform and its integrations with ERP and HR systems.

This role offers a unique combination of technical expertise and business engagement. You will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the Expense Reporting ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions
• Provide application support and issue resolution, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordination with vendors and internal teams
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and queries for reporting, data validation, and reconciliation activities
• Build, maintain, and support automation and scripting solutions across Linux and Windows environments
• Monitor and support system integrations, including APIs, SFTP, and middleware platforms
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including Applications, Integration, Infrastructure, and Security
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements
• Support platform stability, data accuracy, and integration reliability
