We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our client's team in Bratislava.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key B2B clients, ensuring smooth processes, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a highly active and customer-facing role, requiring a strong understanding of telecommunication and IT services.
The successful candidate should be able to see the “big picture” – understanding both the current needs and future opportunities of their clients.
Working hours: 3:00 pm-11:30 pm
Working model: 3x per week in the office (Bratislava)
Start date: November 2025
Your responsibilities
Acquire new business opportunities and participate in bidding processes (RFPs)
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Manage assigned corporate clients worldwide (across multiple time zones)
Handle daily communication with customers in a B2B environment
Prepare pricing offers and review existing pricing models
Manage MACD pricing models and their updates
Collect and analyze data, monitor client account activities
Review contracts and service documentation
Coordinate internal teams to resolve escalations in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure effective use of internal resources
Prepare reports and support ad-hoc business requirements

Personality requirements and skills
Requirements
5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing projects
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of telecommunication products and services (voice, data, internet, cloud services) – preferred
CCNA/CCNP level knowledge – an advantage
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
Strong attention to detail, positive mindset, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
