Onsite Hosting Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and independent Onsite Hosting Engineer to join our international team. You will be responsible for managing and delivering hosting services across datacenters and cloud environments, working closely with colleagues in Europe, China, and other regions. This role involves supporting hundreds of servers and storage systems, ensuring service reliability, and driving continuous improvements in operations.

• Deliver and maintain computing services across multiple hosting locations (public cloud, leased datacenters, self-owned facilities).
• Ensure service operations, incident management, and request fulfillment meet defined SLAs.
• Manage and execute projects, breaking down tasks, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes.
• Handle customer communication, escalations, audits, procurement processes, and vendor interactions.
• Proactively drive improvements in efficiency, quality, automation, and innovation.
• Perform hands-on technical work in servers, storage, virtualization, and backup systems.
• Support knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and positive team culture across global teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and handle tasks outside standard working hours when needed.
