Job description, responsibilities and duties
Join our team as an IT Procurement Specialist to support our prestigious client, who is a leading global reinsurance company known for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. As an IT outsourcing service provider, we are seeking a talented individual to work on-site in Bratislava, with a planned duration until the end of 2024.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling, leading, and supporting commercial negotiations for assigned business cases in IT Procurement. You will manage the contract process from initiation to completion, including legal reviews and vendor due diligence. Additionally, you will lead competitive RFx processes using internal eSourcing platforms, support internal customers in supplier evaluation, and collaborate with Category Managers for the respective procurement category or assigned purchase case.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in procurement of IT services (Software, Cloud, Telco, etc.) in a global organization. Fluency in English is required for effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
