Job description, responsibilities and duties

Working as Operations Manager, the employee will be responsible to  maintain overall awareness of day to day operational activities and  issues. This position will assist in representing our customer and delivery teams as appropriate at customer meetings and provide the  interface between the customer and client for Day 2 deliverymanagement.

Important information: US time only (PO-PIA 2-10 pm)for LONG TERM COOPERATION,

Willingness to support weekends/public holidays (EMEAtime) when needed, approx.. once per two months from experience,may be more or less –

Familiarity with ATT tools/environments is a must.

CCNA  knowledge – no certificate needed, but a basic knowledge of  CCNA is required.

Your responsibilities:

Notify Operations teams of SLA impacts.- Attend Stewardship meetings with client.- Receive/retrieve Client Requests (CRs), assess and initiate ServiceRequests (SRs). Track progress and collect implementation details(change dates, etc)

- Ensure Service Requests are properly routed- Coordinate delivery of basic and intermediate MACD servicerequests, including order initiation and performance oversight forwork performed by the NI Partner.

- Proactive Incident management to avert high severity issues andbusiness impact.

- Leading high severity incidents (Severity 1 and 2) and providetimely business updates/communication.

- Initiating the technical bridges and engage service centers, vendors,suppliers and service providers for service restoration.

- Occasional out of hours for support of critical outages.
