Active Directory/Azure Active Directory Security Engineer

Becoming a Active Directory Security Engineer for our client from the automotive industry will do just that!

Our client is looking for a Active Directory Security engineer who is able to secure both the domain and Azure tenant against common attacks, with the objective of protecting the domain, and reducing opportunities for lateral movement.

• Location: Bratislava office (1x/w)
• Work time: Bratislava time (CET / CEST) with occasional need to extend time in evening t meet with US. Normally all US meetings will be covered during our time from 2pm to 6pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Engineer will provide thought leadership in identifying opportunities to secure the platforms

2 Engineer is able to define and document required to achieve the outcome

3 Engineer possesses the skills to perform the work and then transition the development to the operational team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• to work independently.
  
• Advanced comprehension of Hybrid AD environment and related architectural concepts
• Recognising hybrid environment security issues
• Familiarity with Azure Administrative units, conditional access policies, authentication methods, MFA
• Understanding of Active Directory and Graph PowerShell commands
• Working knowledge of Entra sync process and rules editor
• Expertise in AD tier/enterprise access model
• Previous experience with management and build of Domain Controllers
• Experience with on-premises group policies and group managed service accounts
