Job description, responsibilities and duties
End User device management analyst provides day to day operations and support for desktop computer, mobile device, and associated peripherals.
This position is responsible for ensuring hardware and software is properly setup, configured, and managed in each facility leveraging approved Microsoft deployment tools for configuration management and asset control.
This position is responsible for testing, implementing, and remediating security compliance for various business needs in conjunction with multiple business units.
The analyst serves as an escalation point for global device issues that cannot be resolved by intermediate team members or those requiring escalated access.
This position will be tasked to help triage, prioritize, and delegate ticket assignments based on knowledge of the environment and business needs.
Analyst will be required to proactively address problems found through monitoring, document new solutions, and create reports.
Analyst will be expected to build and foster relationships with business units to further the end user experience.
Requires previous experience working in an end user computing environment This position is designed to work as directed by the manager of End User Device Management.
End User device management analyst is expected to maintain or exceed service metrics set by the End User device management leadership.

Required Skills
- Good Knowledge in SCCM and Intune
- Good Knowledge of M365 Apps for Enterprise and other Office Products
- Experience with big IT environments < 10.000
- Experience with L2 and L3 Support
- Good Knowledge PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Good Knowledge of ActiveDirectory and GPOs
- Good to Strong Knowledge of Incident management and root cause analysis
- Good to Strong Knowledge knowledge Operating System administration and troubleshooting (Windows10 & Windows 11)
- Experience in Security and compliance practices - Vulnerability Management / Bitlocker Management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - Global Team
