Job description, responsibilities and duties
NATEK is an international company providing IT outsourcing services. We operate in CEE region, delivering top-class tech solutions to well-known, big, world-wide corporates.
Currently, as we constantly grow, we are looking for a new colleague to join our finance team. A newly hired AP Assistant, under the supervision of Accounts Payable Specialist, will be supporting financial processes in the whole NATEK group. S/he will participate actively in Accounts Payable activities, aiming in meeting tight deadlines and providing impeccable services to both internal and external customers.
This offer is ideal for you, if:
• you study / graduated from financial faculties, especially accounting,
• you can dedicate 40-50 hours monthly for the job,
• you would like to kick-off your career with part-time job and have a flexible schedule,
• your English capability in speaking, reading and writing is on at least B1 level,
• you demonstrate Strong PC skills, preferably advanced Microsoft Office Excel,
• you feel a great eagerness to learn and develop in financial / accounting area,
• you have a capacity to work in teams, and communicate with higher management,
• you possess a practical work experience in related business / industry (nice to have).
SCOPE OF ACTIVITY:
• Entering financial data into appropriate systems
• Reviewing and keeping all financial data valid and organized
• Invoicing process – Accounts Payable: balance sheets, reviewing invoices, reporting mistakes, payments, answering suppliers’ requests
• Supporting Accounts Payable Specialist on a daily basis duties
• Supporting Accounts Receivable processes if needed
