Account Executive /or Key Account Manager is responsible for creating pricing offers managing changes required by entrusted corporate customers and proactively finding solutions and utilization of costs based on billing model and product. Their responsibility is to deliver related solution within stipulated deadlines while maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams. AE’s overall duty is to be able to work independently, to build own people network across corporate teams/depts and to participate on new/existing bids with rest of Sales team and customer to acquire new business partners, find appropriate and accurate business solution based on ad-hoc requirements.

Work time: 3pm-11:30pm
Hybrid work mode: 2-3x/week in the office

What would be your job?
• New deals acquisition
• Participating on bidding processes
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Master existing customer relationships and proactively finding appropriate and accurate business solutions
• Managing corporate customers allocated across the world (multiple time-zones)
• Managing daily communication with entrusted corporate customers (B2B environment)
• Creating pricing offers and recalculations of current pricing models for services
• Responsibility for MACD pricing models and it’s changes
• Data gathering (inside/outside of the company)
• Tracing activities of respective accounts
• Reviewing contracts and service guides
• Escalating internal teams or associates in order to resolve the dispute efficiently and in timely manner
• Internal resource utilization and effective management
• Understanding of corporate services, business solutions and billing models being sold to customer
• Recognize billing models, platforms and BET
• Performing work independently and within defined SLA’s for quality and productivity
• Compile reports and assist with ad-hoc requirements

Personality requirements and skills

• Strong customer communication and profound negotiation skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven 5+ years of experience in the customer facing projects/sales activities & Graduate/Postgraduate degree from university (Business or Technical) with previous exposure to project management & customer service environment in telecom/IT industry
• Self-motivated with the ability to provide supervision and leadership to other team members
• Goal oriented to meet demanding customer expectations
• Able to coordinate service delivery between multiple vendors and internal organizations
• Ability to work independently – learn how to get to teams if info needed, build own network across internal organization

• Technical skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Bi, SalesForce & SAP skills
- Working knowledge of finance and sales is advantage
Telecommunication products & services (preferrable)
- CCNA/CCNP level of knowledge would be an advantage

• Presentation skills, run status update calls and engage
• Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
• Ability to analyze and solve complex tasks and issues, work under pressure
• Attention to details
• Good team player with positive attitude
