Job description, responsibilities and duties
Project Description
Together with our final client we are building next-generation infrastructure services for an exclusive European banking client. The project will be composed of:
Server administration
Application Administration
Virtual Desktops & Modern Workplace
Security & Threat management
Future transformation to hybrid cloud environment
Implementation of DevOps practices & automation
As a part of transforming our final client infrastructure services from the current provider, we are looking for new members who will help us in the transformation and setting up new standards.
You will:
· Improve, optimize and support daily business and projects
· Design, implementation and administration of development, test and production environments regarding Active Directory
· 2nd and 3rd Level Support for Active Directory (Incident-, Problem-, Change-Management)
· Implementation of requests in alignment with project manager/client and the Team
· Planning, implementation, and administration of the Disaster Recovery concepts for Active Directory
· Consulting for applications
· Provide Active Directory installation, configuration and administration
· Provide performance analysis
· Enhanced monitoring with MS SCOM
· Provide support in the capacity, problem, incident and availability processes
· Support on security settings configurations and implementation
Expected skills:
· Solid knowledge on Windows Server
· expert knowledge and experience in complex AD domains/forests
· basic knowledge about LAN/WAN/virtualization
· Knowledge on MS SCOM and Dell tools (Change Auditor, Recovery Manager) appreciated
· experience on Projects
· Knowledge on scripting
· Good English communication skills, written and spoken
· Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call shifts and to cover activities out of business hours
· Good attitude towards working in a global team over different Countries and flexibility
