Job description, responsibilities and duties
Natek Slovakia is looking for professional on position IT specialist who will be responsible for migration from Skype for Business to MS Teams
Central tasks of position:
- Administration, maintenance and monitoring of the relevant communication infrastructure, currently
- Microsoft Skype for Business
- Microsoft Teams
- Videoconferencing hardware
- Legacy phone and fax systems
- Switchboards and other integrations
- Plan and design decommission of landline based phone services
- Installation of hotfixes, service packs, maintenance work
- Support provisioning of new functions and features
- Monitor incoming tickets, tasks and requests and resolve within relevant SLAs
- Create and update documentation
- Supporting other colleagues in projects and operative actions
Measurement of results:
- Infrastructure KPIs (availability, integrity, costs, quality)
- Project finalization
- SLA target compliance
