Currently we are looking for a Candidate who will be responsible for IT recruitment processes in our Delivery Center and for supporting the team with achieving their goals. RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment role:
• Leading recruitment team
• Executing staffing strategy for both Staff Augmentation and Managed Services/Managed Teams projects, in order to fulfil period objectives
• Cooperates with sales department at the stage of prospecting customers
• Consults team with job description and scope of work for vacancies
• Cooperation with recruitment team on search and recruitment
• Validate and qualify key criteria before presenting to customer
• Coordinating internal Technical interview and customer interview
• Initiates and participates in EB projects, aimed in building strong NATEK position among competitors on a local market

Customer facing role:
• Attends customer meetings both in prospection and delivery phase to take the customer order (requirements)
• Assign resources for new openings
• Collects and analyzes regular information from customers in order to precise and adjust vacancy requirements

People management:
• Annual appraisal meetings with team, insures that objectives, bonus plan and individual education are processed for each team member
• Mentoring and people development

Quality and Reporting:
• Ensures correct usage of NATEK Internal tools 
and high quality of published job advertisings within the team
• Trains and ensures adherence to recruitment processes
• Controls a quality of job advertisements published by team members 

• Last period result analysis and sourcing efficiency

• Next quarter forecast and objectives



REQUIREMENTS
• MA/MS degree with 3 years of experience in IT Technical recruitment and customer facing role
• Deep understanding of HR and EB processes
• Familiarity with social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook 

• Experience opening new accounts through recruiting efforts 

• Strong leadership, supervisory and organizational skills and ability to motivate people

• Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-growing business environment

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills 

• Positive, enthusiastic, problem solving, creativity 

• Experience in sales is nice to have
• Fluency in English, other language as French or German is a plus
