In order to support our continuous growth on the market, we are looking for young talent to join us and support the recruitment team.
As a part of recruitment team you will be responsible for:
• Sourcing and headhunting talents in internal and external databases, job boards and social media
• Building and engaging a network and pipeline of professional contacts
• Updating reports for the given role/project or vacancy when researching for new specialist
• Mapping the IT market in the area in order to respond to client’s needs
• Participating on strategy for recruitment projects
• Keeping internal database up-to-date
