Join the Billing Resolution global department and help one of the biggest telecommunication companies in the world to support US customers with the queries and disputes related to invoicing and billing.

What you will be responsible for:
• Assist customers (B2B environment) who contact the department via phone
• Navigate customer to the correct department in case the issue is not related to your service line
• Investigate and resolve billing inquires and billing disputes raised by customers
• Reviews contracts and service guides
• Validates issues, including validation in the internal billing tools and with interested parties to properly investigate the problem
• Performs work independently and within defined SLA’s for quality, response time and productivity

US working time: 2:30 PM - 11 PM

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Minimum 1100 EUR/month, depending on relevant experience

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)
