Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Senior SW validation engineer in the R&D you will contribute to development of governmental services based on secure electronic documents and electronic identity. You will be exposed to issuance and reading of secure documents (passports, ID cards), biometric devices, mobile handset devices, cryptography, online transactions and identity management.
You will work with web applications focused on areas like online authentication, digital signatures, production of identity documents, processing of person biometric and cryptographic data. You will be personally responsible for the entire validation process of products with other team members supporting you.
What you will be exposed to?
•To succeed at this job, you must have in the first place a testing mindset and good understanding of SW development process.
•It would be an advantage if you have also professional experience with test automation tools like SOAP UI, Grinder, Selenium, any BDD tools. , web technologies (networks, HTTP, SOAP, REST), application servers, cloud, relational databases, Android and iOS platform, Cryptography, PKI, Smart cards, biometry, electronics.
•We would like someone to join our team who is autonomous, has detail- oriented mind, has good communication skills and is able go beyond pure QA role. Practical experience with Scrum is an advantage.
•You must be fluent in English.
•We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of working experience
in Software Development as a QA engineer, Test automation engineer.
