Working in the front office area of the the Billing Resolution global department you will help our client to solve the queries and disputes related to invoicing and contracting. All requests have to be done immediately with accuracy and in a timely manner, establishing and rectifying root cause to the fullest satisfaction of our clients

What you will be responsible for:
• Assist customers (B2B environment) who contact the department via phone
• Navigate customer to the correct department in case the issue is not related to your service line
• Investigate and resolve billing inquires and billing disputes raised by customers
• Reviews contracts and service guides
• Validates issues, including validation in the internal billing tools and with interested parties to properly investigate the problem
• Performs work independently and within defined SLA’s for quality, response time and productivity

US working time: 2:30 PM - 11 PM

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Good Spanish and English skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office package
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn and proactive approach
• Working experience in Customer service area represents an advantage
• Applicants must hold a valid Slovak working permit or be eligible to work within the EU
