Working in the front office area of the the Billing Resolution global department you will help our client to solve the queries and disputes related to invoicing and contracting. All requests have to be done immediately with accuracy and in a timely manner, establishing and rectifying root cause to the fullest satisfaction of our clients.

How will days will look like:
• Assist customers (B2B environment) who contact the department
via phone
• Navigate customer to the correct department in case the issue is
not related to your service line
• Investigate and resolve billing inquires and billing disputes raised
by customers
• Reviews contracts and service guides
• Validates issues, including validation in the internal billing tools
and with interested parties to properly investigate the problem
• Performs work independently and within defined SLA’s for quality,
response time and productivity

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Salary starting from 1000 EUR gross/month, depending on relevant experience

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Strong Spanish skills, both oral and written
• MS Office knowledge
• Good communication and negotiation skills – able to ensure
customer satisfaction while following internal processes and rules
• Willingness to learn
• Proactive approach
• Ability to work under pressure
• Working experience in Customer service area represents an
advantage
