Job description, responsibilities and duties

Due to the continuous growth of our office in Kosice, we are looking for an organized and motivated colleague who will join our team as an Office Assistant. You will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the daily efficient operation of our Kosice branch and be the first impression and face of our company ensuring that our visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner. You don't need to be experienced - we will teach you everything, just bring a strong motivation to learn. :) Join us and work IT with us!

• Sitting at the reception, welcoming, greeting and caring about guests, clients, customers
• Preparing refreshments in case of a meeting, interview, conference etc.
• Caring for flowers in the office two times a week
• Maintaining the vending machines and coffee machines in office: supplementing snacks, checking the expiration date, cleaning, communicating with the supplier, ordering goods
• Controlling the whole office: toners in printers, adding paper to the printers, controlling battery and gel in hand disinfection machine, batteries in watches etc. (once a week)
• Going to the post office as needed, preparing documentation from the post office on a monthly basis
• Maintaining office supplies, ordering supplies
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and emails
• Communicating with the reception of the building and building administrator
• Being a point of contact for external suppliers, courier company etc.
• Helping managers with day to day tasks
• Assisting in organization of social and team-building events
• Communicating with our cleaning service, ordering supplies for cleaning service
• Updating seating plan in office monthly

• Student status
• Fluent English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Secondary school leaving examination/university degree
• Independence, accuracy, and ability to organize your own work
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to learn new things

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Base salary: 305 EUR gross/m
