NATEK provides IT Outsourcing Services and operates in a highly demanding market.
The implementation of a proper strategy in terms of organisation of HR processes is crucial to ensure our success and success of our partners.

Currently we are looking for an experienced HR professional who will help us develop further our HR strategy and manage all HR processes within Slovakia area. Show us your potential and #growITwithus!

Main responsibilities:
• In terms of internal structure, HRM reports directly to Head of HR and manages directly HR team located in Slovakia
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
• Ensures proper employee’s assignment in our Delivery Center based on shift rotation by following all legal adjustments and requirements
• Designs, implements and validates company policies, procedures and templates in this area of legal compliance and HR administration (e.g. medical check ups, health and safety, work and remuneration regulations, on boarding, payroll process, personnel files, etc.), Compensation & Benefits
• Navigates all HR internal processes in Slovakia - onboarding, termination, career management: talents detection, internal job rotation, people development, etc.)
• Closely cooperates and supervises external HR suppliers and partners – e.g. payroll, benefits providers, brokers, health and safety
• Actively cooperates with number of various internal teams: finance, recruitment, operations, sales, communications, IT...
• Scheduling and conducting job evaluations for HR team; monitoring and scheduling individual salary actions; recommending, planning, and implementing salary structure revisions
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Manages and develops HR communication towards employees
• Leads or contributes to variety of other HR local and Group projects and / or initiatives (e.g. employee satisfaction; internal HR IT tools and reports designs and redesign, Talent Management, Employees Development)

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of proven track record in HR Business Partner or similar role
• Our HR Manager shall possess excellent decision making, strategic thinking, leadership and ethical conduct skills
• Have strong knowledge and practice on work in different time schedules (shifts) and payroll calculation
• Very good command of the English language
• Beyond these characteristics, HRM must be well educated in HR field, acts as subject matter expert with regards to employment related issues, personnel administration, legal compliance, compensation and benefits
• Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
• University degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or Sociology
