Job description, responsibilities and duties

NATEK Delivery Center in Kosice is constantly growing and therefore we are able to offer you a compelling opportunity to join our brand new Project Management team.

Your responsibilities:

• Interface with customer and multiple customer’s teams including, but not limited to: sales team, WAN/LAN engineering teams, field services and vendors
• Ensure seamless transition between Telco providers as agreed in project plan
• Develop and track activities based on agreed project plan
• Communicate with customer to gather and document site and end user requirements
• Schedule and manage all site activities to the level agreed in SOW
• Maintain a close contact and interlock the project plan with the customer for whom the services are enabled by phone and / or electronically
• Provide project reporting to the involved customer or a PM
• Manage project dependencies
• Initiate internal and external orders and follow up on their status
• Coordinate the team of PIMs or other technical and non-technical resources as per Statement of Work
• Ensure deliverables are within customer’s requirement as specified in Statement of Work

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

In order to succeed as a Project Coordinator, you need to have/be :

• Strong customer communications and listening skills
• Strong organisational and process skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Goal oriented to meet demanding customer expectations
• Able to coordinate service delivery between multiple vendors and internal organisations
• PC skills: Office
• Able to work in multicultural environment or with virtual teams
• Willing to work US working hours
• English: B2 or higher
