NATEK is looking for outstanding candidates to help support the growth of our firm. We seek professionals who have demonstrated high academic/professional achievement, communication skills, and have a strong interest in consulting.
The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the central operation team of our clients in Bratislava, to maintain and manage the changes to systems along with supporting documentation and prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the central operation team of our clients in Bratislava, to maintain and manage the changes to systems along with supporting documentation and prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers
- Gathering, reviewing and analyzing information
- Evaluating output requirements and formats
- Record collected information to a configuration management database (CMDB)
- Recommend controls by identifying problems
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform various ad-hoc assignments
