Job description, responsibilities and duties

Business Intelligence Developer and Administrator is technical role responsible for end-to-end application administration of reporting server, serving our client's internal organization needs.

DUTIES:
- Administration and maintenance of current reporting solution (reporting server, data interfaces, OLAP, SQL reports)
- Data gathering based on organization needs (e.g. KPI’s) and implementing predefined reports for any layer of the organization
- Administration of customer data layout and design, linking specific client data to responsible teams and engineers based on organization structure and eventual changes
- Support for management and quality management team, in terms of preparation quality reports, pre-sales information or audit data
- Monthly/weekly preparation and review of reports in area of organization hiring/headcount, financial, billing and several more

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Experience in Business Intelligence querying and reporting tools (e.g.…SQL Server Integration, Reporting and Analysis Services OLAP)
- Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Knowledge of SQL development (tSQL)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables etc)
- Familiarity with basic administration of operating systems such as Windows and Linux is an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint development is an advantage
- Fluent English
