Key duties and responsibilities:
• Coordinate & overlook the work of different teams (Project coordinators, Implementation engineers, Network designers)
• Reporting to the Program Manager and to client directly - excel reports, reporting calls
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Providing support to Program Manager as and when required
• Updating and Tracking Projects
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to create achievable strategic goals
• Other ad-hoc in scope project related activities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 1 year of project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Working knowledge of project management processes (risk management, schedule development and tracking, etc.)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English
